1. How Much does this all cost?
There is only a charge if you sell your property and it is a fraction of the cost for traditional selling. Contact us today for more info.
2. How long does it take to get offers for my property?
A: We will send you a comparison sheet within 5 business days after your submission. If you need bids sooner, just let us know. This program is flexible!
3. How long do I have to review the offers?
A: Sellers have 7 days to make a decision, if they choose to accept the highest net offer after those 7 days,
we will simply check with the top bidder to see if the offer still stands. Again our investors are flexible!
4. Can I get a leaseback or negotiate a close date?
A: YES! Please include that information in the submission if possible so the investors know ahead of
time and bid accordingly. All parameters are open to discussion!
5. You're ready to accept a bid, now what?
A: An agreement will be created by your iFinder Certified Consultant for your review.
6. Are there any showings?
A: Once an agreement is fully signed, everything proceeds as
any usual contract would (due dilligence, inspection, earnest, title, etc.) Don't worry if you don't konw these terms. Your Cerftified iFinder Consultant will take the time to explain everything to you.
7. What if I don't want to take any offers?
A: You're under no obligation to accept any offer. You pay nothing unless you decide to sell.
8. How do I become an iFinder Accredited Investor?
A: You must have $300,000 in liquid assets to become an iFinder Accredited Investor. $150K of which can be a credit line.
